McMillan's Olde English Bulldogges Sales Agreement and Health Contract

1.) All puppies require half of purchase price for deposit. Deposits must be paid using PayPal, a credit card or cash only.
     PayPal payments and credit card payments can be made securely online or over the phone.

2.) Choice of puppy is determined on a first come (deposit received) first to choose basis and approval by Nanette or David Greenly.
      We have the right to take first pick, on any litter, for our breeding program.

3.) Some puppies will be sold with full breeding rights. No promise is made that your puppy will be breeding or show quality.
     Puppies sold as pet quality must be neutered or spayed within first 4 months.

3.) Deposit’s are NON REFUNDABLE. If you decide you don’t want your puppy, you forfeit your deposit. If you fail to pick up your puppy within a reasonable time, or according to prior arrangements, or contact us with an explanation, we will assume do not want your pup.  Your puppy will then be re-sold, so as to insure him or her of a good home. If you don’t want a puppy from this litter, then your deposit is placed on the next upcoming “available” litter. If your puppy becomes sick, or is determined to be unsound, your deposit will go towards a future pup from a future “available” litter.

4.) If for any reason you cannot keep your puppy after you have purchased him/her, your must return him/her to us and McMillan's Bulldogges will find the puppy a new home. The current owner of the puppy will be responsible for shipping or delivery.

5.) All shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
 Buyer should be aware that weather and holidays may make it difficult to ship on time.
 If shipping is delayed and an additional Vet Cert is required, the buyer pays for the additional Vet Cert.
 The buyer pays all USDA stamps required for international shipping and any other costs associated with shipping internationally.
 Flight Crate fee is $50.00 and is paid with the second payment on your puppy.

6.) Your puppy’s genetic health is guaranteed for life excluding breeding, extreme sports, maltreatment, malnourishment, abuse and poor care.  If we find that you are abusing or neglecting your puppy, we will have him/her returned to McMillan's Olde Bulldogges at buyer's expense. This includes legal fees, shipping and veterinary bill and any other costs incurred. No money will be returned to you, the purchaser.  Adult dogs or dogs not bred by Greenly’s Olde Bulldogges are given separate health guarantees, which may differ.

Puppies were de-wormed, given vaccinations and vet checked by a licensed veterinarian.

"This is a binding legal contract. Any legal action necessary to enforce this contract will take place in Washburn County, Wisconsin."
